These banana flapjack balls are a huge hit with kids as it’s healthier alternative to a regular flapjack with a little cook twist to it! I make them all the time for fairs and last time I made some I made about 500!! They honestly are so fun to make with kids and so here’s the recipe in case you feel you want to do a bit of baking over the weekend.

Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 100g pitted dates
- 100ml hot water
- 200g oats
- 50g coconut oil
- 2 tsp vanilla essence
- ½ tsp bicarb of soda
