Chocolate bliss balls

Super simple and great to involve kids in the rolling of the ingredients

These little chocolate bliss balls are great to have ready for kids to munch on (and us when we get that
afternoon slump!).


  • 100g dates
  • 70g oats
  • 50g sunflower seeds
  • 50g melted butter or coconut oil
  • 25g desiccated coconut
  • 15g cacao powder
  • 10g milled flax seed


  • Blender/Food processor




1 Blitz everything together in a blender/food processor for a few mins
2 Squeeze together and roll into small balls. If the mix is too crumbly add a little water or more butter and blitz again
