These little chocolate bliss balls are great to have ready for kids to munch on (and us when we get that
afternoon slump!).
Ingredients
- 100g dates
- 70g oats
- 50g sunflower seeds
- 50g melted butter or coconut oil
- 25g desiccated coconut
- 15g cacao powder
- 10g milled flax seed

- Blender/Food processor

Blitz everything together in a blender/food processor for a few mins

Squeeze together and roll into small balls. If the mix is too crumbly add a little water or more butter and blitz again
